About Us
Reflective Supervision
Reflective Supervision is a supportive process, it is designed to empower practitioners to make the best possible decisions for the children and families they work with. It provides a supportive space for practitioners to reflect, grow, and strengthen their critical thinking skills, ensuring they feel confident and capable in their role. By encouraging independent decision-making, Reflective Supervision helps practitioners build clear, purposeful plans that prioritise the welfare of children. Reflective Supervision creates a culture of continuous learning that strengthens both individuals and the wider team, ensuring that the care and protection of children is always at the forefront.
Effective supervision can play a critical role in ensuring a clear focus on a child’s welfare and support practitioners to reflect critically on the impact of their decisions on the child and their family.
